Q. Do you support drop ship business?
A. Yes. Due to there are many drop ship orders everyday, we ship packages without any of our store info or logo by default. But if you want the tags or other requests, please contact us directly or leave message in order remarks when order.

Q. How to choose the size?
A. There are size charts with our products, different sizes with different products, please choose the size according to the size chart in description. If you have difficulty in choosing the size, please feel free to contact us, we are skillful on sizing. Here are the information we need to know: 1)bust 2)underbust 3)waist 4)hip. If you don't have a tape, tell us all the size information you know about yourself, the more the better.(such as height, weight, normal wear size, etc.)

Q. When do you ship out my order?

Usually we will arrange the shipping within 48 hours after the payment has been verified, after we sent out the package, your order status will be "Awaiting buyer confirmation", that means we have shipped out your order, but the tracking information will be displayed within 3-7 days due to many factors, such as holiday, weather, or even system errors.

A. After we shipped your order, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order by using the provided tracking information after 3-7 business days by below two methods:

Q. Do you support "free return" business?
A. Recently we just accept some countries free returns, more countries will be available in the short future. Available countries ("A-Z"): Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Russian Federation, Spain, United Kingdom, United States. Please choose easy returns for any reason, aliexpress system will refund you in time.
